All you need is a valid email address, a government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card or driving licence) and a recent proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement.

Register online, complete the short verification process and make your first deposit. Most accounts are verified within one business day.

Once your account is verified and funded, log in to the trading platform, search for the asset you want and open its order ticket.

Choose Buy or Sell, set your trade size, add a stop-loss or take-profit if you wish, review the costs shown and confirm. Your position appears instantly in your portfolio.

You can access more than 530 instruments across forex pairs, cryptocurrencies, global stock CFDs, indices and commodities such as gold and oil.

Instrument availability can vary by region and account type; the full, up-to-date list is visible inside the platform.

Go to the Deposit section of your dashboard, choose a payment method (bank transfer, card or supported e-wallets and crypto), enter the amount and follow the on-screen steps.

Deposits must come from an account or wallet in your own name. Card and e-wallet deposits usually arrive within minutes; bank transfers can take 1–3 business days.

Open the Portfolio or Positions tab on the platform. It lists every open trade with entry price, current value, floating profit or loss and margin used.

Closed trades, deposits and withdrawals are recorded in the History tab, and you can download account statements at any time.

Choose based on the capital you are comfortable committing and the level of support you want. The Basic account suits newer traders, while Silver, Gold and Platinum add lower trading costs, higher leverage and more analyst time. Compare them on the Account Type page.

Yes. When your account balance meets the minimum for a higher tier, contact your account manager or support and we will upgrade you. Your open positions are not affected.

Every Basic account includes a demo of the trading platform so you can practise order entry and explore tools with virtual funds before trading with real money.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours on business days. After approval, funds typically arrive within 1–5 business days depending on the method and your bank. See the Withdrawal Policy for details.

Zen-XE does not charge internal fees on standard deposits. Third-party payment providers, banks or blockchain networks may apply their own charges, which are shown before you confirm where possible.

Identity and address checks are required under anti-money-laundering rules. They protect you by ensuring funds are only returned to the verified account holder.

You can trade from any modern web browser, and from the Zen-XE mobile app on iOS and Android. Your account, watchlists and positions sync across devices.

Yes. You can attach stop-loss and take-profit levels to any trade, and modify or remove them while the position is open. Note that in fast or gapping markets a stop-loss may be filled at a worse price than requested.

If your equity falls below the required margin you will receive a margin call. If it keeps falling, positions may be closed automatically to limit further losses. Monitor your margin level in the platform at all times.
